Considerably expanding its product offering, Canon India, has unveiled an array of office imaging products targeted at corporate, the SMEs and SOHO. With the launch of these seven new scanners and one MFD – imageFORMULA DR-M160, DR-C225, DR- C225W, DR-M1060, DR F120, CR- 135i UV, P-215II and the imageRUNNER 2002, Canon’s Office Imaging Solution Division (OIS) expands its offering, further strengthening its office automation product portfolio.
Canon has established a distinct position in the document scanning market with highly innovative, diversified products coupled with best-in-class features.
Speaking on the launch, Dr. Alok Bharadwaj, Executive Vice President, Canon India, said, “There are two kinds of strategies behind new product launches- Push and Pull. The High speed ADF based document scanner market in India is about 30,000 units and with these new workgroup & departmental scanners, we intend to expand our presence in this market.”
