With an aim to encourage ground level development and inculcate innovation around the idea of ‘Internet of Things’ – global technology major Intel has announced an updated – Intel IoT Developer Program.
This announcement came as part of the Intel Developer Forum in San Francisco, Brian Krzanich announced the newly expanded Intel IoT Developer Program by adding Intel IoT Commercial Developer Resources and Kits.
The program provides a fast, flexible and scalable path for Internet of Things (IoT) solutions with a comprehensive set of resources, developer kits, tools, knowledge and technical support.
Whether developers are starting with an Intel® IoT Developer Kit or the new Intel® IoT Commercial Developer Kit, they have a clear path from prototype to production for IoT solutions that scale in performance with advanced security and easy of manageability from device to cloud.
Whether it is home networking or wearable computing, Internet of Things is fast become the new normal and hence, it becomes important for developers working in ISV (Independent Software Vendor) ecosystems to start creating applications and solutions built around IoT. This announcement will put a renewed focus towards Intel’s commitment in the IoT space.
