Tech Mahindra, a specialist in digital transformation, consulting and business re-engineering, today announced becoming one of the global Innovation and Development (I&D) partners of Terumo BCT, a global leader in blood component, therapeutic apheresis and cellular technologies. This extends Tech Mahindra’s existing relationship with Terumo BCT.
Terumo BCT is headquartered in Lakewood, Colorado and serves customers across 130 countries. As a leading global medical device company and a world leader in blood processing system, Terumo BCT offers a unique combination of apheresis collections, manual and automated whole blood processing, and pathogen reduction coupled with leading innovations in therapeutic apheresis and cellular processing.
This initiative with Tech Mahindra is designed to complement and extend Terumo BCT’s global development capabilities with a particular focus on the India market. Tech Mahindra will provide Medical Device Engineering services spanning Value Engineering, Regulatory Compliance, New Product Development, Digital Technologies, and Sustenance out of a dedicated Offshore Development Centre (ODC) at the company’s Bangalore campus.
