Touchline Technologies: “Our major focus will be on after sales support”

The brand tnext was in incubation with the Promoters of Touchline Technologies Private limited for over 5 years. The urge to launch tnext brand comes from the promoters with 25 years of experience, in seeding and successfully establishing some of the top IT brand names in the IT Channel.

What are the different range of products tnext offers?

Currently we have 3 products. TC 01 – 6 Port Smart USB Charger, E4000s – 4000mAh Power Bank for I phone users, Clip – 5200 mAh Power Bank.

All 3 products come with BIS Certification. E4000s Comes with Mfi Certification (Apple Certification). By 1st week of December 2016 another 6 products will be launched under tnext brand. Different types of Quality USB Charging cables & Bluetooth Head Set.

What is the exclusivity about tnext products?

Tnext will be focused on N+1 Technologies with High quality A grade components. Plus our major focus will be on after sales support which will ensure speedy repair / replacements to the end customers.

What challenges do you face in the market?

As far as challenges are concerned, there are products available without BIS Certification plus low grade products available with low price in the market.

What is the major role played by Channel Partners in the distribution network?

Our strategy will be to fix distributers across regions with exclusivity for their districts with decent ROI for their investments. Each distributor will be working to enable 50 – 100 T2 Partners in their region who in turn will focus on end customers.

What are the value-added services you provide to your customers?

Our focus will be to give good quality products with A grade components to our customers with N + 1 Technology with best in class after sales support.

What role does E-commerce plays in enhancing business?

We are modifying our tnext website with Shopify platform thus a customer can transact directly through our website also. We are also enhancing our reach by investing on Facebook for Marketing of specific tnext products which will give visibility for our brand & products.

We have clear market strategy in terms of Price & Schemes for our Distributors & T2 partners (through our distributors). For end customers currently we are focused on bringing N + 1 Technology products with Good Quality (A Grade Components) & Best in Class after Sales Support.
