C&A Mexico is digitally transforming operations for its 75 stores and correlating distribution centers with Oracle Retail.
From planning through to supply chain, sales execution, and reporting, Oracle forecasting and merchandising solutions are helping C&A improve accuracy, efficiency, reporting and support its corporate goal of modernization.
With Oracle, C&A Mexico can move large quantities of inventory faster, showcase new collections quickly, and bring ever-evolving merchandise offers to customers.

Oracle Retail solutions can deliver the detail and scale we require and help ensure we are constantly offering our customers fresh inventory and offers that keep them coming back.”
C&A Mexico kicked off the transformation with Oracle Retail Merchandise Financial Planning to align financial plans with its open-to-buy seasonal budgets. C&A added Oracle Warehouse Management to support complex fulfillment operations, improve inventory and shipment accuracy, and gain total inventory visibility—from the distribution center to the store shelf.
Oracle Retail Demand Forecasting is also being used to support a push and pull model of supply chain management through better anticipation of customer demand. In the final phase, C&A Mexico implemented Oracle Retail Merchandising System and Oracle Retail Allocation to establish a foundation for growth and execution.
“The fashion industry is seasonal and the need for discipline in planning, managing merchandising, and optimizing the supply chain to meet customer expectations is critical,” said Mike Webster, senior vice president and general manager, Oracle Retail. “By implementing a modern retail platform, C&A Mexico is better equipped to react to the market and changing consumer habits such as those we saw through the pandemic.”
The project had a three-phase approach and started four years ago. Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) member, Logic Information Systems, implemented all of the solutions. Logic Information Systems is known for its proven experience in the global retail market and local presence in Latin America. Throughout each phase, C&A worked closely with Oracle and Logic to establish a method for quick implementation, training, and adoption to speed time to value and minimize disruption in the business.
