With an aim to drive strategies for future growth involving the overall channel ecosystem – Ingram Micro – one of the biggest distribution powerhouse has started its mega event – the Ingram Micro ONE APAC in Singapore.
The event is well attended by over 1700 high-ranking channel delegates from across the APAC regions and include sizable participation from countries such as Australia, India, Singapore, New Zealand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Phillipines and Hong Kong, alongside Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, Myanmar, and China.
Being organised for the first time – Ingram Micro One is acting as a unique platform to open up new avenues and opportunities in front of the solution providers, system integrators and channel partners operating in the APAC region.
Channel Partners attending the event are also joined by a select array of leading 47 – different vendor sponsors, including Dell EMC, Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Ruckus Wireless and Hewlett Packard Enterprise etc.
Other key vendors include interesting participation from HP, IBM, Intel and Red Hat, and specialised sessions on Internet of Things (IoT), mobility, converged infrastructure and cloud technologies, technology-as-a-service, SaaS, Cyber Security etc.
Inaugurating the event, Mike Zilis, Executive Vice President of Asia Pacific, Ingram Micro said that innovation of technology continues. “We are in an era of massive technology evolution and innovation of technology. And from a channel partner standpoint, this event becomes extremely important at the same time a special occasion to get a deep dive into the ever so far moving cloud, IoT, Cyber Security and hyper scale domains.
The event is also special as it is bringing the entire channel ecosystem across the region, including resellers, system integrators, value added resellers, and managed service providers, alongside independent software vendors, cyber security experts and technology specialists – all on a single platform.
Happening at the plush – Marina Bay Sands in Singapore – this three-day conference involves 39 showcase booths, 30 roundtable discussions and 14 country-cluster meetings.
