TAJBank taps Newgen to automate customer contact processes

Newgen Software, a global provider of low-level digital automation platform, has announced that TAJBank has selected Newgen as a digital transformation partner to automate its contact processes with the company-wide customer base.

TAJBank seeks to leverage Newgen‘s product training and the low code capacity of its platform to design, develop and deploy the workflows themselves through an in-house center of excellence. In addition, the bank chose a three-in-one system with solutions for intelligent process automation (BPM), contextual content services (ECM) and multi-channel capture.
