Mindtree helps Aflac simplify the customer claims experience

Mindtree, a digital transformation and technology services company, has worked with Aflac to develop an enhanced mobile application, called MyAflac Mobile, which allows users to file claims directly from their mobile device, simplifying the claim process.

As policyholders go through a stressful time due to the global pandemic, Aflac strives to facilitate the process of processing claims through self-service automated tools to further enhance the user experience. and to put more emphasis on the customer.

The improved mobile application, MyAflac Mobile, allows policyholders to file claims at their convenience, receive notifications and download the right documents easily and quickly so claims can be processed faster. Customers can also set up direct deposit through the app in order to receive payments without any additional steps. The improved app uses a modern technology stack and delivers a more responsive and mobile experience.

MyAflac, which was developed as an exclusive collaboration between Mindtree and Aflac, is now available on Google Play and in the App Store. In the first three days of its launch, the app has been downloaded over 60,000 times.
