realme has recently announced its entry into the TV segment with its first television, the realme Smart TV. Coming in two of the most popular sizes – 32 inches and 43 inches, the realme Smart TV was earlier available for purchase via online channels – realme.com and Flipkart.com.
The brand announced that the realme Smart TV will now be available at 1,250 offline stores, across India for the customers to purchase. These offline stores are a part of the realme ‘Royal Club’, which is the privileged club providing more benefits for the customers.
The realme Smart TV is customized for the Indian audiences as per their content and feature requirements and is priced at INR 12,999 for 32 inches variant and INR 21,999 for 43 inches variant.
realme Smart TV is the first TV in its price segment to be powered by a high-performance MediaTek 64-bit quad-core processor and comes with a RAM clocked at 2133MHz, which is faster than normal 1600MHz RAM used in other TVs. Both these features combined enable the realme Smart TV to run daily smart TV programs stably, smoothly and quickly, while providing strong performance guarantee for the picture quality.
realme smart TV also comprises Dolby Audio®️ certificated 24W Quad Stereo speakers. Two sets of speakers are placed at the bottom of smart TV, and each set is composed of one full-range speaker and one tweeter. The total power of these four speakers is 24W, enabling the TV to reproduce precise sounds from 148Hz to 20,000 Hz. The Dolby Audio® enables it to deliver crystal clarity, easy-to-hear dialogue, great detail, and realistic surround sound, making the overall sound experience a premium one for the user.
The realme Smart TV sports a premium, bezel-less design, and comes with ultra-high brightness of up to 400 nits along with Chroma Boost picture engine, making the screen 20% brighter than the average and the colours vivid, even in the brightest lights.
The realme Smart TV runs on Android 9.0, and comes with Google Assistant to control the TV with one’s voice to customize the experience to unique interests and enable access to a variety of content through the Google Play Store & YouTube. While the TV comes pre-installed with key apps like Netflix, Prime Video and YouTube, users can download 5000+ apps from the Google play store.
