Asia IDC EXPO COMM 2017 – to focus on Data Center, Big Data Innovations

ASIA IDC EXPO COMM 2017, the most advanced technology and equipment event for the data center industry will be organized by E.J. Krause & Associates, Inc. (EJK) and the Data Center Industry Alliance of China from March 30 – 31, 2017 at Great China International Square Exhibition Center in Shenzhen.

The event is co-organized by the Shenzhen Big Data Research and Development Association.

Asia IDC show has been held four times in Guangzhou. As Shenzhen is more focused on high-tech electronics industry, ASIA IDC EXPO COMM now moves to Shenzhen.

Shenzhen Nanshan High-Tech Industrial Park aspires to become “China’s Silicon Valley”, which had 1,463 high-tech enterprises by the end of 2014. Among them, 109 companies went public, either in China or abroad. Many world-renowned high tech enterprises such as Huawei, ZTE, DJI, Tencent, Kuang-Chi are located here.

The big data industry in China grew rapidly in recent years. Thanks to the fast development of IOT and mobile internet, data quantity is explosively accelerating and scaling up, leading to tremendous demands for the new infrastructure to analyze, process and protect the big data. The big data market of China was valued at US$12.37 billion in 2014. It is expected to rise to US$81 billion by 2020.

Ranging from design, planning, and construction of data centers to new technology innovation and development, the technology profile of ASIA IDC EXPO COMM will include Data Center Operation, Management and Automation, Data Center Energy Management Solution Program, Data Center Infrastructure, Storage Network, Power Storage Program, Air Conditioning, Environment Monitoring System, Fire Equipment, Cloud Computing Technology and much more.

The last event was held in 2014 and attracted 120 exhibitors and 8000 visitors from sectors of telecommunication, government departments, and many others. More than 50% came from the finance and banking sector. The main interests were focused on energy management solutions, monitoring warning solutions and energy saving control systems.

For ASIA IDC EXPO COMM 2017 there are also planned high level conferences and technical seminars, covering trends and themes for future innovation for data center development in China and the Asian region.

Data Center Industry Alliance of China is a national non-profit self-discipline alliance established under the direction of China Information Association.
