Enghouse Systems Limited has announced the acquisition of Lisbon, Portugal- based Altitude Software.
With annual revenues of approximately $ 30 million, Altitude offers omnichannel call center solutions to organizations large and small, with a focus on the business process outsourcing (BPO) market segment.
Its modular software package supports all media channels and offers robust inbound and outbound capabilities for both on-premises and hosted call center activities. Altitude products are used by more than 300 customers to manage business functions in real time, including customer service, help desk, collections, telesales and surveys.
