Quantiphi, an AI-native services company, and LangChain, the company behind the industry-standard LangSmith platform, has announced a strategic partnership to help enterprises adopt agent engineering at scale, from first use case to enterprise-wide rollout, and achieve measurable value.
The partnership brings together LangChain’s enterprise agent engineering platform, which includes LangSmith, LangGraph and Deep Agents, with Quantiphi’s forward-deployed engineering (FDE) capabilities, enterprise AI transformation expertise and deep industry experience across financial services, insurance, healthcare and life sciences, telecom and others.
Together, Quantiphi and LangChain will enable enterprises to build agentic systems within their secure environments while helping them retain control over their data, context and intellectual property. The joint approach is designed to preserve flexibility across frontier and open-weight models and cloud infrastructures, helping customers move from fragmented experimentation toward greater AI self-sufficiency without sacrificing portability or control.
“Being successful with Agentic AI in the enterprise requires domain knowledge, active SME collaboration and curating data flywheels,” Quantiphi Head of Frontier AI GTM Siddharth Kotwal said. “By unifying Quantiphi’s engineering expertise with LangSmith platform by LangChain, we seamlessly embed agents into core business workflows, translating innovation into measurable enterprise value.”
The partnership will focus on three key priorities:
Governance and Observability: Establishing observability, evaluation and governance tools for agentic transformation in the enterprise.
Embedded Engineering: Forward-deployed engineering support to scale enterprise workflows and systems with LangChain’s platform.
Continual Learning: Creating feedback loops that convert production traces, expert feedback and evaluation outcomes into continuously improving agent performance.
“LangSmith gives teams visibility into how their agents actually behave in production,” LangChain Vice President of Sales Darren Moffett said. “Quantiphi brings the implementation expertise to design, build and deploy those agents inside the enterprise. Together, we can take a customer from a working prototype to a production agent without them having to bridge the two on their own.”
The partnership is designed to help enterprises accelerate the path from pilot to production, standardize agent engineering across the organization and build lasting AI capability that becomes more valuable with every deployment.
