Sonata Software has signed several definitive agreements to acquire Encore Software Services, a Silicon Valley-based IT services company serving healthcare, supply chain / logistics customers and ISV provides user experience, data insights, and real-time collaboration services.
Encore Software Services was founded in 1998 and is headquartered in San Jose. It also operates a development center in Chennai . The company has established itself as a provider of cloud application development services, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, testing and maintenance.
With this acquisition, Sonata is further expanding its geographic presence in the USA with a very experienced leadership team based in the USA . It expands Sonata‘s Platformation ™ -based digital transformation strategy by strengthening Microsoft-based cloud transformation services and digital test automation services, and provides entry into new industries such as healthcare and logistics.
In addition, the takeover strengthens the ISV business and the Microsoft-based cloud.
