SolarWinds, the enabler in simple, powerful, secure observability and IT management software, has launched the company ’s Australia’s first IT Service Management (ITSM) data center.
Located in Sydney, the new data center will support SolarWinds customers in demonstrating compliance with data sovereignty requirements, in addition to helping improve performance and speed.
The newly opened ITSM data center is designed to enhance SolarWinds’ products delivered in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) model, and will bring more choices available to customers in Australia and enterprises throughout the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region, thereby reducing user costs. Latency, faster response times, and improved performance for customers in the region.
Like the earlier announced SolarWinds Observability Asia Pacific Data Center, the investment is part of the company’s growth strategy for the APJ region.

Reinforcing this commitment, SolarWinds will be participating in the upcoming 24th itSMF Australia National Service Management Conference , where Krishna will be speaking. The event will be held at the Adelaide Convention Center on March 15-16, 2023.
