Pueblo Bonito Taps HPE to Transforms Guest Experience

HPE has announced a technology engagement with Pueblo Bonito to elevate guest experiences with secure, AI-native networking solutions that enhance connectivity and support the resort’s commitment to exceptional service and improving the stay of its visitors.

Since its opening in 1987, Pueblo Bonito has grown into a recognized luxury hospitality brand in the region, operating nine resorts in key tourist destinations. To support its commitment to guest satisfaction, the Pueblo Bonito IT team launched an initiative to update its connectivity structure, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and deliver a more seamless experience for guests.

“In order to improve the quality of our digital services, we were looking for a reliable and scalable network solution. HPE proved to be the right choice, as it offered the stability and functionality needed to support this transformation” said Juan Pablo Toledo, CIO, Pueblo Bonito.

Pueblo Bonito Taps HPE to Transforms Guest Experience

The implementation of HPE Aruba Networking through HPE Aruba Networking Central, HPE Aruba Networking ClearPass Policy Manager and HPE Aruba Networking 2930F switches at Pueblo Bonito facilities allowed them to transform the guest experience, complementing dream holidays with a network that provides a luxury experience. Guests experience a seamless digital environment and can order room service, book a spa appointment or a table at one of the fine dining restaurants from their cell phone, all thanks to connectivity enhancements.

The first major benefit of this implementation was the ability to improve network observability with HPE Aruba Networking Central, which can clearly identify if a device or piece of equipment is failing and act in real time to optimize it, without affecting network connectivity or availability.

HPE Aruba Networking ClearPass Policy Manager technology simplifies access for authorized users and devices in a more effective way, determining parameters such as bandwidth or predetermined profiles for different types of users.

“Our priority is to provide the best service to our customers, so they can offer the best experience to their users with secure and easy-to-manage connectivity,” said Max Santiago, Country Manager Mexico, HPE Networking. “Part of our DNA is to accompany the customer throughout the implementation process, from identifying the need to the implementation of the solutions, as well as offering the best management tools for the customer to focus on their business.”

Heatmaps through HPE Aruba Networking Central floorplan manager allow the team to optimize the hotel’s connectivity areas, improving coverage in the locations where guests need it most. Within Pueblo Bonito a Wi-Fi Concierge assists visitors, ensuring that each experience is at the height of the services provided by the hotel.

With plans to implement an even more advanced analysis, the hotel aims to offer a fully personalized guest experience, using technology, connectivity, intelligent data and analytics as a cornerstone to continue expanding its operations across the country.
