What are some of the key focus areas for PerceptInsight today?

At PerceptInsight, we have built what we believe to be a complete business operating system. Our primary focus is to continue refining our platform to provide contextual, actionable insights in real time. Our goal is to enable businesses of all sizes to make data-driven decisions effortlessly. As a company we are concentrating on three core areas:

  • Data Unification: Ensuring all business data—across marketing, product, and operations—flows into a single, cohesive platform.
  • Predictive Analytics and AI: Leveraging AI and machine learning to help businesses anticipate trends, optimize campaigns, and prevent operational issues before they arise.
  • Ease of Use and Scalability: We are making the platform user-friendly so that teams across an organization can easily adopt it without the need for technical expertise, while ensuring it scales with business growth.

How are e-commerce platforms and digital marketplaces deploying PerceptInsight solutions, and how does it benefit them?

E-commerce platforms and digital marketplaces use PerceptInsight to streamline decision-making by gaining a unified view of their customer journeys. Our solution provides them with real-time insights into user behaviour and how their business reacts to these behaviours, along with product engagement and marketing campaign effectiveness.

For example:

  • Campaign Optimization: Our platform helps e-commerce businesses automatically detect anomalies, such as rising ineffective campaigns or a drop in ROI, and can instantly take corrective actions like pausing underperforming campaigns.
  • Hyper-Personalization: By understanding customer behaviour patterns, platforms can target users with personalized offers and product recommendations, leading to higher conversion rates.
  • Operational Efficiency: Marketplaces can optimize inventories and supply chain management by predicting demand surges and better allocating resources. The key benefit is that PerceptInsight enables businesses to act quickly and efficiently based on real-time data, leading to improved ROI and customer satisfaction.

Please share details on your key customer base and how you plan to expand it?

Our current customer base consists primarily of e-commerce, fintech, and digital-first businesses that rely heavily on data for decision-making. Approximately 35% of our customers are from the e-commerce sector, 39% from fintech, and the remaining 26% come from various other industries. We plan to expand our customer base in two key ways:

  • Geographic Expansion: We are focusing on penetrating the U.S. and Southeast Asian markets, where demand for real-time analytics and data unification is growing rapidly.
  • Product Diversification: We are enhancing our product offerings, particularly in AI-driven CRM and funnel analysis, to cater to a broader range of industries. Our freemium model has helped onboard users quickly, and we aim to extend this by offering advanced features that drive value for larger enterprises.

What are some of the challenges that you see in the market today? How can these challenges be addressed?

One of the key challenges we see is data fragmentation. Today, many organizations use a multitude of tools, which often leads to multiple sources of truth and delayed decision-making. This fragmentation complicates collaboration and reduces the effectiveness of insights. To overcome this, we advocate for a single source of truth through data unification. Platforms like PerceptInsight integrate disparate data streams into one place, providing a holistic, real-time view of business performance. Additionally, automation and AI-driven insights are critical in helping teams focus on actions rather than spending time analysing data manually.

What are the big innovations that you are bringing to the market?

We are excited about several innovations that set us apart in the marketplace:

  • Contextual, Auto-Actionable Insights: Our platform doesn’t just provide data—it automates next steps. For example, if an anomaly in customer behaviour is detected, the system can automatically send targeted messages or adjust marketing campaigns.
  • AI-Powered Funnel Analysis: We are enhancing our AI capabilities to better predict customer behaviour, allowing businesses to anticipate drop-offs in user journeys and optimize conversions.
  • Predictive Alerts: Currently we are developing a predictive alert system that proactively notifies users of potential business risks—whether it’s related to marketing performance, supply chain issues, or customer churn—enabling businesses to act before problems escalate.

Please share your future plans on growth and investments?

Our future growth plans are ambitious. While we are sufficiently funded, we are always on the lookout for strategic partners who can help accelerate product development or expand our presence in key global markets, particularly the U.S. and Southeast Asia. These investments will help us:

  • Expand the Team: Hiring across engineering, sales, and customer support to keep up with growing demand.
  • Scale Product Features: Enhancing AI-driven features and improving the scalability of the platform to handle more complex datasets and user interactions.
  • Boost Sales and Marketing Efforts: Increasing our presence in target markets and strengthening partnerships to drive customer acquisition.
