Adobe has appointed Manoj Nagpal as Vice President, Global Delivery Center and Shared Services. Based in Bengaluru, Manoj will lead efforts to scale delivery capabilities, fostering innovation, and building high-performing teams to support global business growth and customer success, reporting to Scott Bajtos.

Manoj brings over three decades of experience in building and scaling global services organizations, driving enterprise transformation, and delivering customer success at scale. Most recently, he served as Managing Director, OpenText India and Vice President, Professional Services, where he led services and customer success while expanding the company’s footprint in India. He has also held leadership roles at GXS, GE and Xerox.

The company began operations in India in 1997 as an engineering R&D center and has since grown into a strategic hub spanning product engineering, design, sales, customer experience, and corporate functions. Recently, Adobe had also announced the appointment of Shamik Basu to lead Adobe’s Creative Products Group engineering and product management teams in India.
