Boomi Names Larry Quinlan to the Board of Directors

Boomi, the enabler in connectivity and intelligent automation, has appointed former Deloitte CIO Larry Quinlan as an independent, non-executive member of the Board of Directors.

As Deloitte’s former global chief information officer, Quinlan managed the company’s professional services technology strategy and operations, moving some $45 billion, and overseeing more than 10,000 IT professionals in 175 countries. Highly sought after for his understanding of the strategic implications of emerging technologies, he brings more than 35 years of experience advising Fortune 500 boards and CEOs. Quinlan currently sits on several other boards, including two public companies: ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW), a leader in digital cloud workflow, and Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL), a world leader in real estate services, as well as UBS Americas Holding LLC, where he chairs the Technology Forum and Cyber ​​of the Directory.

As a leader in its software-as-a-service (SaaS) category, with the largest customer base among integration platform providers, Boomi boasts a growing user community of over 100,000 members and one of the largest groupings of system integrators (GSI) in the integration platform as a service (iPaaS) space.

The company boasts a worldwide network of approximately 800 partners, among which Accenture, Deloitte, SAP and Snowflake stand out; and partners with the largest providers of hyperscaling cloud services, such as Amazon Web Services, Google and Microsoft.
