BRICS CCI WE Announces Winners of Global Women Leadership Program

BRICS CCI WE, the Women Empowerment Vertical of the BRICS Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BRICS CCI), in association with Nippon Paint India, felicitated the winners of the BRICS CCI WE Global Women Leadership Programme 2024-25 at its second convocation. Held on the sidelines of International Women’s Day, the convocation celebrated outstanding women leaders driving change across industries and underscored the commitment to fostering gender equality in leadership roles.

Mahadi Mosia, an entrepreneur, HR leader, and social impact advocate, emerged as the winner for her groundbreaking work with LiftUp Learning—an AI-powered academic support platform designed for underprivileged students. By offering personalized AI tutoring, offline learning, and multilingual support, Mahadi is transforming access to education and bridging the gap between learning and employability. With the support of BRICS CCI, WE and Nippon Paint India, she was able to showcase her work on a global platform.

Daria Klesova, a seasoned HR professional in the IT sector, was first runner-up for her innovative approach to employee engagement through AI-driven digital avatars for preboarding videos, streamlining onboarding processes and enhancing new hire experiences.

Madhwi Kumari, an Electronics and Communication Engineer at THDC India Limited, was second runner-up position for her initiative Upliftment of Project Affected Families and Labourers. Her three-phase project focuses on skill development, production, and e-marketplace integration, enabling economic self-sufficiency and sustainable livelihoods.
