Canon, has launched its 7th Canon Image Square (CIS) in New Delhi. The store located at D-152, Kamla Nagar, was inaugurated by Andrew Koh, Vice President of Consumer Imaging and Information Centre, Canon India.
With the help of these exclusive stores, Canon aims to engage with customers by providing them best services that include photography and home printing solutions. The CIS stores are Canon’s endeavour to reach out to photography lovers all over the country and build a strong association with them.
The store offers complete range of DSLR cameras, lenses, attractive new products in PowerShot (Zoom series compact cameras and Professional compact cameras) and IXUS (entry level pocket size camera) series. Apart from cameras, the store also offers range of Inkjet/Laser printers and cartridges.
Commenting on the launch, Andrew Koh, Vice President of Consumer Imaging and Information Centre, Canon India said, “New Delhi is one of the key markets for us, not just in terms of customer base but also for being abreast with the technology trends that influence other markets. Our vigorous expansion in the region by opening our 7th CIS store is a testimony to the fact that this market is important for us. Our effort is not only to acquaint our customers with our wide range of products but also to engage them through an interactive and informative buying experience so that they make a right choice of products. We aim to open 3 more stores in the region by end of 2016 and will continue our trailblazing retail expansion in future”
With this launch the total number of CIS will be 180 spanning over 83 cities in India.
The CIS store provides solutions for all the photography enthusiasts in form of Photography accessories such as tripods, camera bags, memory card, and chargers. The staffs at the store are professionally trained to assist customers in choosing products according to their specific requirements. Other highlights are the Finance Facility with EMI through various credit cards and Paper finance through Bajaj Finance. The CIS stores also provide regular free training workshops for DSLR camera buyers.
To further consolidate its position in the imaging industry, Canon has recently launched new range of products for DSLR and digital compact cameras. More exciting launches are on the anvil for 2016.
