HCL Debuts GLAM Solution on Microsoft Azure Marketplace

HCL Technologies announced the availability of its Geospatial Linear Asset Management (GLAM) solution on Microsoft Azure Marketplace. Designed in collaboration with deep learning capabilities of Microsoft Azure, the HCL IoT WoRKSTM solution is a tailored business offering for asset-heavy industries.

A collaboration between HCL, Microsoft and L3Harris, it taps into the core of HCL’s value system of providing end-to-end solutions.

HCL IoT WoRKS leverages its unique “Innovation by Design” framework to deliver a scalable prototype that accelerates business value. It uses image analytics, geospatial insights and deep learning to transform utility asset inspection, vegetation management, site assessment and outage responsiveness – enabling better planned workflows, safer field operations and reliable service delivery to end customers.

GLAM is offered globally as a SaaS on Microsoft Azure, adding to the unmatched scalability, flexibility and security of the overall solution.
